Bihariis an Indic language, spoken in the state of Bihar and adjoining areas of India by some 50m people, which is written in the Devanagari semi-syllabic script.  Although Bihari-speakers have been noted among London’s schoolchildren within the past decade, none were reported in the Multilingual Capital   (2000) survey.
